VerifyAfya is an information service. We help you check public registers and always show the source and date. VerifyAfya is not a regulator and provides no certification or endorsement.

Accuracy

We show what the official register returns at the time you search. We can't guarantee a register is itself complete or current, which is exactly why we always show you the source.

Practitioner & facility data

VerifyAfya is an independent service. The practitioner and facility records we show are drawn from registers the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) publishes for the public. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the PPB or any government body.

We reproduce that public-register data as it appears at the source, without alteration. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or current, and we cannot control or guarantee the contents of the PPB register itself.

The PPB register is the authoritative source. Every result links to it and shows the date we checked. Always confirm directly with the PPB before relying on a result.

A result — including "not found" — is not a judgement of any person or business. It is not an accusation, a certification, or proof of competence, legitimacy, guilt, or innocence. It reflects only what the register showed at the time of your search.
